VIDEO GUIDE: Creating Email Templates in Genius as a Teacher

    



Select 'Email Templates' from the MyGenius module: 


Select 'Add Email Template': 


Select the 'Type' of template you will be creating. You will choose either ENROLLMENTS or STUDENTS. 


Tip! 

Selecting ENROLLMENTS will give you variables or data tags that are associated with the student enrollment (course name,     assignments ahead/behind, grade, etc. 

Selecting STUDENTS will give you variables or data tags that are associated with the student profile information (name, email,           guardian info, contact info, etc). 


Once you choose the 'Type', the variables will adjust: 


Enter the Name, Description, Subject, and Recipients to copy (if any other than the student). 

Compose the template using variables, if needed. 

Click 'Save'.
