Messaging multiple students


You can message multiple students from either the 'Students' or 'Enrollments' modules. Each module is pre-populated with templates with information related to the module.

Option 1: From your dashboard, select "Students"

 

Select "Bulk Emails." 

 

Select "Get Data" for a list of all your students.

 

Select "Check all" to select all your students, or pick and choose by selecting the box to the left of a student's name.

 

 

With your students selected, select "Bulk Email."

 

On the message composition screen: 

 

1] Select a template if you would like to use a pre-loaded template. If you do not need to use a template, simply skip this step. Double-check the template by clicking "Update Sample" to ensure that all the tags being pulled in by the template are functioning properly. 

 

2] Write your subject 

 

3] Add any attachments you need to add by clicking "Add Files." 

 

4] Carbon Copy anyone who should see the message (e.g. parents, academic director) by selecting the checkbox next to the appropriate label. You can also message a guardian without copying the student by clicking the "Don't copy student" checkbox. 

 

5] Compose your message. 

 

6] Send!

 



Option 2: From your dashboard, select "Enrollments"


Select 'Get Data' to view all students associated with the teacher. 

    Or, use the search criteria to narrow down the search based on course, term, grade, etc. 



Once the students whom the email is being sent to are displayed, select "Emails". 



On the message composition screen: 

 

1] Select a template if you would like to use a pre-loaded template. If you do not need to use a template, simply skip this step. If you do not need to use a template, simply skip this step.
