1. Login to Genius at vtvlc.geniussis.com
Click "Students" in the top-level menu and click the name of any student you would like to assign a Counselor/Coach role to. What is a coach role?
2. Scroll down and select "Associate to Coach."
3. Click "Add new association."
4. Select the role drop-down menu and select the user role.
(Keep in mind that only user who have been added to Genius with an active account will be an option to associate with a student. If you a new user needs be be added, please email info@vtvlc.org).
5. Type the name of the appropriate counselor and select the counselor from the results.
6. Click "Save."
