School Coordinator

- Can see ALL students under the associated school/district- Ability to request courses on behalf of the student
- Ability to approve (deny & drop) student course requests- Can edit student profile information

- Can upload documents to student profile, such as accommodations & AP Rec Letters- Can assign School Counselor to students
- Access to grade & enrollment history for ALL students


School Counselor

- Can ONLY see students who are assigned to user- Ability to request courses on behalf of students- Ability to approve student course requests
- Can edit student information

- Can upload documents to student profile, such as accommodations & AP Rec Letters

- Access to grade & enrollment history for ONLY students associated with user


Advisor

- Can see ALL students under the associated school
- Can view student information
- Can view documents to student profile, such as accommodations & AP Rec Letters- Access to grade & enrollment history for ALL students


Special Educator

- Can see ONLY students who have a designated special ed status
- Can view student information of those assigned with user
- Can view documents to student profile, such as accommodations & AP Rec Letters- Access to grade & enrollment history for ONLY students associate with user
